Reiki is a one-on-one treatment that lasts approximately 60 mins. When conducting your Reiki treatment the practitioner works with the energy that surrounds you; known as (Chi). They work with this energy to disassemble blockages of energy in your body. This process helps to facilitate the free flow of energy in and around you. The intention is to harmonize your energy system to make your body available to heal itself on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level.
